15/12/21 - Application approved

The application today was approved and the development will go ahead.

The applicant and landowner handled themselves well and have said they want to continue to work with us.  They have committed to putting money in escrow to provide confidence around delivery of the screening and biodiversity benefits, and they also committed to providing -two of our biggest concerns. 

We will look to continue to work with them to protect the impacts to us all and deliver the biodiversity benefits promised.
